Her expertise spans strategic planning, product management, and team leadership. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully launching new products in global markets. Her strategic approach to market expansion, as demonstrated in Latin America and Europe, prioritizes identifying optimal market opportunities and leveraging partnerships to accelerate growth. Her fluency in multiple languages enhances her ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and markets. ​Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

She launched her career as a CPA with a Big Four accounting firm, gaining expertise in financial analysis, auditing, and strategic consulting. Severine’s passion for operational excellence has driven her success in executive roles with start-ups, where she has been instrumental in driving growth, implementing processes and systems, and improving financial performance. Her proficiency in financial due diligence, stakeholder engagement, and post-acquisition change management has led to transformative business outcomes and multiple successful exits. She holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Boston College, a master’s in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
